Personalized QR Code Rivet-On Dog Collar Name Plate

QR Code Name Plate for Dog Collars

Nothing looks classier than a rivet-on collar name plate. And ah, the silence. Add a little QR code technology and your dog will be strutting with class and confidence! We know keeping your dog identified and protected is your number one priority. Now, you can do it in style and know at the same time that your contact information is always up to date.

Each QR code name plate is deeply engraved by our industrial laser engravers. Our engravers precisely burn away layers of metal leaving a dark hardened engrave mark we guarantee will last a lifetime. In addition to your personal QR code, you can personalize your tag with up to 3 lines of custom text as well. Double protection! So let your high tech pup play as rough as they want! Their name plate will look as amazing as it did the day it came in the mail and you can rest assured knowing that if someone finds your pet, they’ll be able to reach you as quickly as possible.

You can choose to have us create and laser engrave a new custom QR code that you can use to set up an online profile for your pup with. Or, if you already have a QR code you want to use, you can optionally supply us with the URL associated with it and we’ll engrave it on your Custom QR Code Dog ID Tag. Just paste your QR code URL in the optional “Use Your Own QR Code” field.
