Obedience Check Cord

Known and trusted among top professional dog trainers, Mendota products are a worthy choice for you and your dog. The Mendota Obedience Check Cord is just one more great product in line with that tradition.

Simple, But Detailed
Just like the act of training your dog, this cord may seem simple, but its details and uses are very dynamic. At 20 feet in length, this check cord is an ideal length for obedience training such as off-leash tracking, recall and retrieving. The solid brass snap attaches to most any collar. The check cord itself is comprised of braided polypropylene roping coated in a UV protectant to prevent mold, mildew and fading. For as strong and durable as this material is, it is also incredibly soft and comfortable to hold in hand. No need to worry about rope burn. Branded leather details complete for a classic look.

Train Anywhere
Smoother and more withstanding than a simple standard rope, the Mendota Obedience Check Cord is resistant to snagging on brush and will not tangle and knot. So training can occur anywhere, in the yard, at the park, or out in the field.
