Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Because your order is made to order, most personalized items are built and shipped within 1–3 business days. Non-personalized items typically ship the same or next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping — 3–7 business days. Free on orders of $69 or more.
- Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days.
- Priority Shipping — 1–2 business days.
Transit times begin after production is complete, not on the day the order is placed.
International Shipping
We ship to most international destinations. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.
Order Tracking
When your order ships you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also view order status by contacting [email protected].
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before checkout. dogIDs is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, contact us at [email protected] and we will open an investigation with the carrier and resolve the shipment.
Holidays & Peak Seasons
During peak periods production may take an additional 1–2 business days. Any delay affecting your order will be communicated by email.
